Carrying on at Sossusvlei Mountain Lodge
I still work as a senior guide at Sossusvlei Mountain Lodge in the NamibRand Nature Reserve in southern Namibia. This area has some of the most amazing scenery in the world. We are about 65km in a straight line from the famous Sossusvlei area in the Namib Naukluft Park.
I am currently working with a photography group for a few days, doing brochure shots for the lodge.
The area is currently very green, as we have had amazing rain this year in Namibia. Birding has been fantastic. Aside from seeing new birds for the lodges list recently, a highlight for us has been seeing Black-Eared Sparrow-Larks. Share this post
